labelling is not correct is this a genuine product?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'labelling not correct', I can only say that I have bought Ultrasun 20spf (400ml bottle) twice from amazon and have had no issues with it. In view of the recent high temperatures I have used it as recommended and have not suffered any burning or redness and am tanning just fine.

is it ok to use on the face?

Totally fine to use on the face. This formula dries clear and is non sticky, there is an initial aroma which does not linger. This bottle will go a long way.
