Worked very well and I wired it inverted (an option). Lasted longer than other switches until the lime water here finally took it out. I recommend this switch.

I couldn't use it , I would have to convert it to low voltage.

I purchased this DEVMO MINI Indicator Vertical Water Level Sensor.The mounting thread size is not detailed or listed in the specifications section of this product but, after using a thread gage I found them to be M10 1.5mm. You will need this information to purchase the proper mounting hardware for your particular application.This item seems to be made very well of high quality materials and you can't beat the price. The only thing that needs to change is the supplier and or manufacture should fully describe all of the specifications which would include the mounting threaded shaft and nut size. Hope this helps.

The switch has operated 100% reliably for a year. If used to hold a water level constant, it is a good solution, reasonably priced.

Well constructed. Nice long leads. Adjustable NO or NC by flipping the float. I bullt a replacement sump pump switch with it.

I've been using this float switch to determine if my rain water collector has reached a decent size of liquid. It's nice to be able to use this to detect water level rising as it gives me a chance to immediately use it. I plan on setting up a system where it waters my garden in the future automatically but haven't built out that. For now it's just hooked up so I can be notified of it. I like how it doesn't use mercury. Didn't even know they had ones with mercury but it definitely makes me cautious for others if I end up needing more of these. I'll be using this for the long haul so if my items rust or otherwise fail I'll update the review so far it has been great though with no issues so I have nothing negative to say. I'd recommend it.

Very neat, does what I need it to do. The length of the leads is sufficient to reach a terminal block nearby. I connected it to a relay board with leds and I could see (and hear) how it switched consistently as I moved it up and down in a glass of water.

Don't count on it for any thing important

The DEVMO Mini Indicator Vertical Water Level Sensor Stainless Steel 45mm Float Switch seems good quality and well made. The wire entry area is potted and should provide more protection. Comes with a nut and plastic washer to seal the opening. The behaviour of the float can be switched by removing the retaining clip and flipping the float around 180° and replacing the clip. Makes it very versatile. Giving the small wire size I would say this is best for signaling only and not for running large loads. Not a bad deal at ~$22 at the time of this review with a 5% potential coupon discount.
