Big difference in sleep quality! I’m a back and side sleeper and ordered a couple different pillows over the past few months that I tried to make work but they weren’t exactly the height and support that I needed. This pillow is perfect after I took some of the stuff out. I was worried it would be clumpy but it’s not. It also keeps my head and neck from sweating too much. I can definitely notice the temperature difference! This pillow is surprisingly comfortable and cozy and I finally have one that is the perfect height and plushness/firmness for me.

This pillow is amazing. I bought it for my husband as a Valentine’s Day gift, and it has been perfect for him. He sleeps really hot, and this cooling material actually keeps him comfortable through the night—he jokes that he wishes our whole bed could be made out of it. I also love that it comes with extra stuffing so you can customize the height. As a postural alignment specialist, I know how much your sleep position affects your neck and spine, and being able to adjust the thickness is a huge plus whether you sleep on your back or side. He didn’t need the extra filling, so I’m saving it for when the pillow naturally starts to lose integrity. It’s been five months, though, and it still feels exactly the same as the day he started using it. Highly recommend.

The material on these pillows is wonderful—it feels soft, breathable, and stays cool throughout the night, which I really appreciate. My only issue was that they arrived a little overstuffed for my preference, making them feel pretty firm at first. I removed a small amount of the filling, and now they’re much more comfortable and perfect for sleeping. If you like a firmer pillow, they’ll probably be great right out of the box. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and cooling fabric.

I haven't slept on it yet, but this is the best pillow I've ever owned! It fluffed up immediately when I threw it in the dryer for a few minutes after opening. I laid down with it and it is so comfortable, I may not need to adjust the fill, but I can always take a little out if my neck isn't aligned correctly. Really impressed with this after my old chopped foam pillow disintegrated in the washing machine yesterday. I love the outer pillow protector is removable and washable and the fabric is so soft to the touch. In regards to the smell others have complained about, it just smells like new foam that was vacuum sealed and just needs a chance to off-gas. So the smell is present, but not intense at all, and I expect it will dissipate in the next couple of days completely. Very happy with this purchase.

I was skeptical because I have tried every pillow, every trendy claim under the sun. These pillows actually are a Godsend! I’m a side sleeper and these pillows are great! The pillow is firm but not hard, still comfortable. They actually contour to your head and neck, aligning everything. They are perfect size, but not small enough for travel. If that’s the only problem, that’s ok. They contribute to actual good sleep, less tossing and turning, and no neck or back pain in the morning.

Pillow is comfortable and the extra form pieces to use for adjustment is nice. The pillow is cool to the touch but after a few seconds laying on it, it's no longer cool so it doesn't last as long as I was hoping it would. I'm only using the pillow case that it came with and not an additional standard pillow case. Overall it's a nice pillow but wish it stayed cool longer.

I absolutely love this cooling pillow. It stays cool, provides excellent comfort, and I really like that you can adjust the amount of filling to customize the height. My only wish is that it included a little more stuffing for extra neck support, but overall it's been fantastic. It does not go flat. The size can be adjusted.The weight depends on how much stuffing you put in, but it's not heavy.

It’s only been a few nights and this pillow has helped me get better sleep. It’s firm and soft plus cooling which is nice. It’s even better if you put a cooling pillowcase on top too. It’s definitely a full pillow but you can also remove stuffing. They even send extra stuffing if you need it.

The pillows were vac packed so tight that when I unrolled them and shook them out I was skeptical that they would fluff much at all--5 minutes in the dryer with wool balls and they exploded into massive fluffy pillows! They are slightly oversized for my Jennifer Adams king pillow cases so they ended up being WAY too firm the first night. When they're stuffed tight there is very little give and you don't sink in to them at all. I ended up removing 1.5 small garbage bags worth of stuffing and now they're perfect--like sleeping on a new down pillow. Lots of support but you still sink into them. My husband has stopped snoring which is a fantastic bonus! I also love the protective case they come with as it is very soft and the cooling side is fantastic! I don't think I've slept on better pillows.

I ordered a pack of 2 pillows. The inner case of one of them had zipper but the inner case of the other one didn't have and there was even a hole in the fabric of the inner case. The pillows didn't arrive in a box as shown on the product photo but in basic plastic bags. There was no extra bag with filler as shown on the photo. Also, the tags of the outer cases (both pillows) were cut. This was very disappointing and unexpected, considering the high product rating.

Quality

Current pillows before this one: To try to get comfortable I have been sleeping with a down pillow under my head and down/feather pillows under each arm and whatever I happen to have in the bed for under my knees or between my knees depending on my position. Sleep position: I start the night on my back and then switch to a side/stomach position for the rest of the night - and switching from one side to the other. Reason for switching: Even laying on my back with all those pillows my arms would fall asleep with my old pillow. If I was laying on my side, my shoulders would get very sore. On my stomach, I was struggling to get comforable too. The loft has been gone from my old down pillows for awhile and it was time to try something new. Experience with this pillow: Cover: Wow the material is COLD. So I wouldn't call it a "cooling" pillow, the material itself is cold, almost like an ice pack. When it's extra cold in the room, I have to flip it over to the bamboo side so I"m not too cold. But for when I want coolnees, there's always part of the pillow that is cool for me to move my face/head onto. Loft/Filling: The first night I tried it as is. I do sleep in ALL positions: back, side and stomach so I didn't expect one pillow to do it all. For the first night it was great for both laying on my back and on my side. But it was too high to comfortably lay on my stomach. Night two and beyond I removed 2 large ziplock bags of foam and it was then perfect in ALL positions. Smell: No I didn't detect an odour or any off gasing and l I'm very sensitive to this smell in general. Out of the bag: I put it straight into the dryer along with 3 softballs that I wrapped inside of mitts/hats and each one inside of a ziplock bag. I put it on low heat for 10 minutes and the pillow were fully expanded and ready to use. Overall impression: I LOVE this pillow more than I could have imagined. It gives me enough loft and support that when I lay on my side, I do not squish/hurt my shoulder at all. On my back I sink in like a down pillow and it's really soft and comfortable. It is the tiniest bit too high on my stomach but if I put my head nearer to the end of the pillow, there's less foam there and it works out. Would I buy it again? 10/10 yes! My son already bought one after I reluctantly let him try mine one night. He loves it too. He has been complaining about not having enough support in his pillows. I will buy another one and take out more of the foam so I have one that's perfect for laying on my back and side (the one I have now) and one that is perfect for when I sleep on my stomach instead of one that's almost perfect. I'm SUPER picky when it comes to pillows and I don't expect one pillow to work for all positions. However if you don't sleep on your back, side AND stomach like I do, I'm confident you can find the right amount of foam to remove/keep to have it work for you too. I've also recommened this pillow to two friends with neck problems. I'll also add that I have not had any issues with my arms/hands/fingers falling asleep when using this pillow in any position. I'm happy with the price too (I paid $42 CAD and I had a $3 off coupon) as I was considering pillow that appear to be very similar but they were over $100 more.
