Vendor does not back up his product
It was not cold the cream cheese looked like cottage cheese. I threw it out and complained after amazon said it could not be refunded. The vendor wanted photos but all I had left was the box with some melted cream cheese. Don't buy from here.

Delivered with excellent packing
Single serving containers arrived in Styrofoam cooler with cooling bags still mostly frozen! Product is more perfect than if I would’ve bought it at my local restaurant supply shop since I would not have gone through this much trouble. Well done!

Packed with dry ice packs and arrived cold.
I was nervous about about ordering cold food online. But they put lots of dry ice packs that kept the product cold. Normally I don’t have to buy cream cheese online, but we couldn’t find any in the stores, for weeks. Price was a little steep, but we love Philadelphia brand and feel it was worth it.
