Need a piece for a rear window in a jeep wrangler yj hardtop. is this thick enough?

It is thicker than the plastic they put in the window as far as I can remember. My dad had a Jeep and that plastic was more pliable than this.

I have not done it myself buy I have seen it done. You need the correct chemistry to do it.

Can I used it for a green house

I don’t believe it is designed for that type of use. It’s just a bit larger than a sheet of paper and about a 1/16” think. It would take a lot of sheets to do a greenhouse. I would personally use something more practical than this

Can this be melted with a heat gun to make a bowl?

Yes. I use .093" lexan to make flasher blades for spearfishing. I use a heatgun to soften the material...takes about 2 min to get it soft enough to bend. It bends well and does not discolor.
