I really haven't had it long enough to say it does/doesn't work. It seems to have worked a tiny bit, but only using it 2 days I didn't expect for teeth to be bright white yet LOL. I do hope they continue to whiten a lot more than they are right now. If they do, I'll come back and let you know. Easy to use, but I took advice from previous users and brush with regular toothpaste, then floss, THEN use the whitener. I don't smell any enormous amount of mint as others have said they do, and I do apply it with a dry toothbrush I only use with this whitening product. AND don't eat OR drink anything for at least 15 min. AFTER using. I wait @ 1 hr. Yes. I don't have stains on my teeth, what I was looking for is white white teeth but I think I have to bleach them. I see some products on the market that do just that. This stuff does take your teeth a shade whiter, I take it that it does remove stains, like coffee and smoke. I will be purchasing a bleaching system to make my teeth white as I act on stage and going out for auditions for film. Only problem with this is that the directions print is very small, can't read it. I take it that once its applied to the teeth leave it on for 10 or 15 minutes? I drool when I use them & can never seem to sit with that goop on my teeth for the amount of time it takes. And I don't want to swallow that stuff. This is the BEST whitener I've ever used and NO mess. I use it twice a day, you can use 3 times a day if you want. You will NOT be disappointed!! Even my hubby who hates regular teeth whitening stuff & NEVER whitens. After coffee and years of smoking (now reformed :P) He LOVES this one. It's a foam and you don't need a lot. 2 squirts on your dry toothbrush and brush for 2 minutes. No liquids for 15 minutes after. You'll be on your way to a much better, brighter smile.
