Highly recommend for mat based bodyworkers
This book was great I was trained to perform bodywork on the floor/futon, but many facilities and patients prefer the table. Getting the same leverage is always an issue. This book has some great adaptations and new ways to approach traditionally floor based bodywork so you can work on the table, but still maintain the integrity of the work you were trained to do.

Very helpful little book
Very useful little book. I work as a sports massage therapist but have had alot of very good Thai massages myself and wanted to learn a few different techniques/stretches to use on my clients as and when needed. I found quite a few very useful, easy tips in this book. Well illustrated, and techniques clear and easy to understand.

Very nicely written easy to understand
Good photos and great direction. I found her anatomical diagrams and explanations very helpful. I enjoyed this book and will use it in conjunction with others I have purchased.
