I suffer from a bad disc at the L5-S1. I love to run, but the constant pavement-pounding is hard on my back. This has really helped stabilize my back muscles when I run, reducing the tendency to aggravate my nerves. I had purchased this along with a Saris product to try them both out. After trying them both out for a couple of weeks and, while they both offer good support, I found that the Copper Fit is more comfortable to wear on both short and long runs. So I use it on every run and have been very happy with it.

I nearly stopped playing golf because of muscle pain after a round. A friend suggested Copper Fit might help... And it Did! No more pain from twisting and turning. Great support and quality.

Not bad at all. My pain is in the lowest part of the lower back. This thing has a nice pocket for a gel pack that can be frozen or heated. I prefer the cold and it is quite nice and lasts between an hour to two hours. I haven’t heated it in the microwave and honestly heat isn’t my think so I probably won’t. If you have pain in the lower back this will help. It will sit around your hip bones and provide support. I’ve been semi-active with it and he has been helpful. Cut some firewood and done other general household maintenance with it. I don’t know if the copper that’s allegedly in it has made any difference. I honestly think that’s just a gimmick. But for me that is irrelevant because it provide support, forces you to maintain good posture, and allows you to heal and prevents you from aggravating an existing injury. I would but it again. No regrets here.

I had a compressed fracture of my back and have been wearing a back brace to try and lessen the pain. The last brace I was using was old and starting to show its age. This brace looked similar so I thought I’d try it. It seems to work ok except the Velcro closure for the pouch comes undone and then the Velcro rubs on your back which is very uncomfortable. If it hadn’t been for the closure opening up this would probably be a good brace.

Overall provides good extra lower back support. I encouraged My Mom to buy one for her bad back a few months ago. It seems to help her some, so I decided to buy one myself. Works pretty well. A tiny bit snugger than I expected, but it fits ok & is adjustable. They do have a larger 2X size available too, but I believe it does cost more than the standard one size fits most. Either way, I wanted the lumbar support & also the gel pack for hot or cold therapy if & when needed. I've injured my lower back years ago & do not like heating pads, so this is a nice go to option. I've yet to use that feature, but I'm sure I will at some point. So far it does give extra support & helped me do some strenuous yardwork I'd not have otherwise been able to do this past Mother's day weekend. Thanks Copperfit & Amazon! The product provides support but I wish the waist band was slightly longer. It is pretty comfortable for wearing an extended period of time. Would purchase again. The gel pack is great for heat or cold.
