This is a wonderful product!!!
I'm a mom of three, work full time in mentally taxing career and I am in my last year as a PhD student. Prior to taking Mind Max I had an issue with recall people, places etc. I thought I was going through early Alzheimer's. It's been over a month and I can absolutely tell difference. It wasn't an immediate switch however I as well as my classmates have begun to notice the difference. I am not taking the full dosage I am only taking two in the morning. When I first started I tried to take two and did not feel great. I took 1 pill a day then gradually moved up to two pills. I take this in combination with the Nordic OMEGA/DHA supplement and a multi-vitamin. It doesn't help me sleep better as others have stated however, I am more intentional about ensuring I get enough sleep. Update: I'm at the end of my first bottle...literally two pills left. It is working wonderfully and I've shared with others how well it's working.

This is a very good supplement for the mental mind. I have been going through menopause for the last 15 years, and it's truly taken a toll on my memory. I have been using mind max for a about a year maybe even longer, and it does help, it's also cheaper on Amazon as apposed the local health food store I go to, to purchase my natural supplements.

BEST FORM OF MAGNESIUM
FANTASTIC Product. I sell and buy almost all Natures Sunshine products. I read about L Threonate Magnesium in a research article about it being the best and most absorbable. Looked it up on our website and found Mind Max! I would NEVER NOT take this supplement. It has immediately taken most of the soreness and some pain from doing Crossfit, helps me recover quicker and sleep better in addition to helping me focus! I cannot say enough about how awesome this product is! I am 51 years young so it's harder to recover from workouts. THIS IS IT! NO more advil!
