Available! *by M***C on December 17, 2020* I like that it is cheap, works and available. I have sore upper back muscles form regular workouts. I use hot packs and ice to treat the area and needed a way to reach over the shoulder to massage my shoulders. This works ok. Better with someone else to rub but not always available. Don't drop it on the floor as it is brittle and will break. Don't press too hard, it will snap into what I am sure will be sharp pieces. A tennis ball and a wood door jam also works but I don't always have an available jam. So, for the price it is worth keeping it in my gym bag. (Gym also not currently available!!)
