I went through 1/2 of all my inks trying to “clean” the print head and charge it. Half way through I did a water wash and the Magenta still would not work. All the other colors worked. I ordered a replacement and the printer would not recognize the print head. I put the old head in and it still didn’t print Magenta but there printer recognized the head. Not a printer issue. Poor quality assurance on the “refurbish process”. No QA. Go to another vendor. ### ⭐ Eh, didn’t work for me *by C***Y on Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2020* It did not work at all. My printer would not register that it even had a printer head. And that was worse than the one I was trying to replace it with. At least with the other one it knew it had one but said something was wrong with it.
