Let me start off with these work great on a dry erase board like they're intended to do. You can rub it off with a soft cloth if you're chalkboard is non porous. That basically means you chalkboard should feel slick feeling lIke glass. However for my specific purpose I needed it to work on a very special hybrid Little Free Library sign. The front side of my blackboard sign is wipeable and the backside of the sign is porous and NOT wipeable. To make the wipable side (the bottom picture) I have mounted a clear plastic sheet over the entire sign to write featured books on it . The markers work exactly as intended on this area with the right on and wipe off ability. Works like a charm exactly what I wanted it to do. It's the look that I was going for and the rain hasn't washed it off the porous side of the board done with black chalkboard paint. This is a plus in Florida. ***PLEASE NOTE: If you use them on a traditional/ porous chalkboard (like chalkboard paint) what you put stays on there permanently. I have specifically made a hybrid chalk board with one side of the sign being non porous and the other side being porous and permanent.

These are awesome! Just what I had hoped they would be. Rich and vibrant color chalk - easy to use and so much fun to play with! Whether it's for fun or a serious restaurant board - these are perfect!

Love these, expect the white one. It scratched into my board and I can't erase it. The other colors are vibrant and last. I can say they are a little tricky to erase completely, and if you don't shake enough they run, but for my purposes I'd recommend them!

The markers are great and work very well. Would definitely purchase again. The amount of emails you receive from the company before and after your purchase is obscene. Yes, I can see that the markers are coming, Amazon also sends an email. Yes, I have received my markers. Yes, I have read the instructions and see how to use the markers. Yes, it has been a week since I received my markers, everything is fine. Yes, I am still happy with my purchase 2 weeks later, why haven't you lost my email yet? okay, just tried to erase these markers from my chalkboards for the first time. I have ruined at least 10 chalkboards, because these do not erase.

Bought these Vibrant Chalk for a chalk board we painted on a mirror. The markers worked on the chalk board BUT it did not erase. The top layer came off but it was still on the board. The package states that it is easy to erase so I wrote on the mirror and then went back with a paper towel and it came off. I will use it for windows and mirrors but I do not recommend using it on chalk boards. This is why I only gave it 2 stars.

there is a problem with the caps, the inner circle part of the cap bends then starts fraying the tip of the marker. Other than that, the pens work great.

Pros - Great bright colors - smooth writing on glass and smooth surfaces - consistent flow if writing on horizontal surface. Cons - does not write well on frames hung on wall - the paint does not flow when held certically

While the Liquid Chalk Paint Markers are just fine, it's the proactive customer support that just blew me away! I received an email from the seller with a list of frequently asked questions about the marker set. I got an answer to a question that I had BEFORE I even needed to ask it.
