Anyone else get cracked, chipped, tumbled stones? Or with brown crust? And missing items?

The raw clear quartz that came with the other raw stones did come with a sliver chipped off. Also had some rock dust that was a rust color. Maybe the person delivering it needed divine intervention and maybe my order was it. If so, the stone deserves to be honored for its service to us. ❤️🕯

My glass jar came broken :( could i get just that sent again ?

Sorry about that! Please contact us directly and we will send a replacement immediately :)

What kind of stone is the carved bear?

The bear is carved out of soapstone.

I received my package but it had only stones and the smudge stick. Does this product come in more than one shipment?

It sounds like you were shipped the wrong product. Please email us directly and we will send you a replacement immediately.
