PICLEDSV Integrated LED Picture Lamp, Silver

I love this light! It is modern looking, lights the painting well, and is a snap to install. I did a little modification on the light angle by bending the metal neck a bit, and it’s right on. Ive bought a number of picture lights over the years and this is one of the best!

I picked up one of these to light an oil painting that I keep in a rather dark room. Painting is 21" x 24". I unpacked the light and temporarily attached it to the frame. The first thing I noticed was that the color is a little cooler than I expected. It appears, to my eyes at least, to be cooler than the 3,000K color in the product description. I would have preferred the color to have been warmer, but this is OK. The light is nicely made, and unobtrusive, with the strip of LEDs angled back to illuminate the painting. The mounting tab allows it to either be screwed to the wall behind the painting, or to the frame. Short wood screws are provided. I ultimately screwed it to the back of the frame. The power cord is black, but low-voltage and very small diameter. It would be less visible if the cord were white, but it can be hidden with a strip of molding from the hardware store. Attached are two pics. The fist one was taken with the room lights turned on, at night. The second, with the room lights off. The light adds just enough light to the picture to make it clearly visible at night when outside light coming through the windows is not available. I would have preferred the light to have been a little brighter. But for the price, it's a very good picture light. Overall, it's well made and a good value. I would recommend it to anyone who asked me, and if I need another picture light, I would buy this one again.

I installed three of the Picture Lamps on the front hallway wall. These budget priced art lights look fine and provide low intensity illumination for subtle affect. The wiring was extended and pulled up through the wall studs and into the attic. Then over to a closet in an adjacent room. I upgraded the individual 12VDC wall transformers to a single 12VDC / 1 Amp supply, which is ample capacity to run the three lights.

So far this little light is performing just fine. I wish it were a little brighter. It was my intent to mount this to my headboard on my bed for a reading light. It doesn't appear to be quite strong enough for that. However that's not what it's intended for. If you were to install this over a picture, Etc it would do its job admirably.

I’m using this for my dartboard. I thought it would be much brighter than it is. For $30 it should at least have adjustable brightness level. A little disappointed.

Really nice. Lights are bright enough to cover large area and yet are aimed appropriately down, not out at viewer.

Bought a painting from the speed painter artist who does famous musicians and celebrities and needed a display light option. This was the best and most attractive and tasteful option available. I HIGHLY recommend this. My painting is 4' X 4' and this illuminates the entire surface. Marvelous! Little tiny switch on the side of the actual led light makes it practically invisible to the eye. Lovely item.

It was very easy to install, as I just used rape to adhere it to the bricks. I do with the cord was a bit longer, but was able to make it work. The light is not adjustable, but can't expect that for the price

This is an excellent picture lamp with a high-quality finish. I added an extension to accommodate my 3D wall feature, which worked perfectly. The 3000K light is precisely as described, offering a pleasant balance of cool and warm tones. I've integrated it with a smart plug for automatic operation. Pros: ☺ Value ☺ Finish Cons: ☹ None that I have noticed Overall: This is a fantastic small LED picture frame light. Recommended

With standard, traditional picture lights, sometimes you can get intense hot spot at the top of the picture or canvas. This sleek modern fixture with LED lights is bright but also bathes the entire picture in its soft glow thereby making a picture or painting come alive. I have many oil paintings with lights but this sleek, thin picture light is very unobtrusive and beautifully complements any image it illuminates. And I love the very thin 12 foot electrical cord rather than the usual 5 ft. thick cord that picture light manufacturers usually provide. Friends looking at my latest canvas love the artwork but are very impressed at this picture light and its affect. A great buy at a terrific price!!
