            Earthspired Gluten Free Flour is a nutritious multigrain flour mix which contains 52% of millets. It is rich in proteins, calcium and other essential micronutrients, while also being the perfect ingredient for making scrumptious chappatis and poories. The flour nutritionally balances taste and health, and contains high satiety value, due to which the portion size needs to be limited.

             Millets (Sorghum, Little, Finger) and Amaranth flour mix  - 52%; Potato and Rice flour mix - 20%; Defatted Soya flour - 15%; Tapioca starch - 10%; Edible Gum
         How to Use @import url("https://www.desercart.com/static/froala_style_v2.min.css"); 
        
             Make soft dough with water, preferably lukewarm. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes before rolling out into chappatis /paranthas. The mix can be made into batter with little more water and prepared as cheela on a non stick tawa ( Best for tiffins) The healthy chappatis are best served with curries, vegetables, gravies. 

Alternate use: The flour can be used to make cheela, with a softer texture. Add chopped sauted vegetables/cottage cheese to the cheela for making exotic wrap
