Good firm roller
It works well, it’s firm not soft but not too firm. Using it on my neck and back as massage and pain relief recommended by my physical therapist. Good price.

This was in perfect condition, which I expected as it was new. I have to say that it has been amazing for my back, legs, and feet. If you are in need of fascia release or working out tight muscles, I highly recommend it

Disappointed
The foam material breaks down very quickly-size too long for travel use. Don't waste your money on this foam type roller. Newer and better designed rollers out there for slightly more$.

Not the color shown in the picture, dark navy blue but that's ok. Like the length much better than my shorter version, makes working my back much easier.

Este rodillo es muy buena opción si gustas de los masajes después de una sesión en el gimnasio y a diferencia de otros rodillos más rígidos o texturizados, este es bastante cómodo. Además la longitud es bastante buena para una persona de mi estatura (1.83).
