If i order the jerky sticks today will they still be good to eat by christmas?

If you order the jerky sticks from us (Jerky-N-Spice) they will expire about May or June of 2020. I don't know how old the stock is at our competitors. I can only answer for our inventory status. Jerky-N-Spice

Why won't it ship to me in California?

because it show a kangaroo jerky on the picture and kangaroo is prohibited to be shipped to California. We do offer 10 pack assortments that can be shipped to California. Check out our Amazon store.
