I been looking for a piece of exercise equipment that fits my needs it's a straight forward push down bar ready to use out of the box. you get all of the instructions in detail and nicely laid out on how to use it.you can work on the muscle groups you want to target on shoulders arms chest back it's a all in one piece of kit.and it's so easy to use.l purchase the 40kg push down bar.but it was a bit strong for me I just needed too drop down to a lower strength size.the 30kg would be ideal for me so l can do all the muscle groups.
