GARTOL 45-135° Adjustable Miter Shears, Quarter Round Cutter for PVC & Trim

I can't believe how great this works!! I actually expected to have to return it. It just seems too good to be true that I can just snip each piece of trim as I go and not have to measure, mark it, take it to the garage to cut it and bring it back in the install it but it works perfectly!! We had PVC trim that was about .5 x .5 inch and it only took a fraction of the time to install it than it would have without this handy little tool! The angles were spot on. We had a couple weird spots and we were able to just line up the tool and cut them right there. I did see several reviews that mentioned how difficult it was to change the blades. I will say we haven't had to yet and we used it to install trim around the baseboards of a 1500 square foot house so the sharpness lasts quite awhile. Once we do change the blades I'll update my review with the difficulty in doing so.

My husband was surprised these actually worked! He was fully ready to pull out the chop saw and set everything up. I originally planned this project as a DIY surprise for him while he was supposed to be out of town, so I bought these to make it easier to do on my own. He ended up not leaving on his trip and was able to help, and even he was shocked at how well they worked. The cuts weren’t perfectly precise, so we did need a bit more putty work to fill small gaps compared to using a chop saw, but overall it made the project so much easier. It turned out great for a DIY wall feature and was surprisingly simple to use.

Cuts nice, I like the cutting area so you can get the right angle or straight cut. Really great that you get extra blades too.

Absolutely the worst tool I’ve ever bought. The spare blades are a LYING GIMMICK to make you think you can change the blades!! The way this tool is designed, the original blade CANNOT be removed! So after I realized the hoax, and that you can’t install a new blade, I tried to put the old blade back on. Dangerous mistake!! There’s no blade sheath and the handle is spring loaded so if you do get the blade off, you will very likely cut yourself like I did, trying to put it back together because of the tension in the handle. That is the worst problem, but not the only one. After about a month of use, it was out of alignment no longer able to make perpendicular cuts. The blade angle adjustment also became misaligned. The return window is only 30 days which means it’s unlikely that you’ll find this out until you’ve worn out the blade it comes with. I can’t return this piece of garbage, but hopefully, my warning can save you from buying it and wasting your money!

Good for what i need but the company doesnt seem to have quality control they send out wtv they make with imperfections included i highly doubt anyone checks... The imperfections i found on the blades didnt seem to affect function and still cut pretty well.

Have only just started using them and am very happy with the sharpness, clean cut and potential uses.

Cuts 30mm bull nosed trim very well not tried on anything else but love clean cuts would recommend
