This supplement contains vitamin C and two kinds of B vitamins, as well as Phytoceramides, lipids very close to the ceramides that occur naturally in the skin and retain moisture to help keep young people looking young. Naturally (like so many other things) our bodies produce fewer ceramides as we age. I'm actually less concerned about the Phytoceramides than the other ingredients in this product, which alpha lipoic acid, a nutrient that is excellent for brain health. It has (for example) only 10 mg of alpha lipoic acid, whereas naturopaths who work on brain health recommend 600 mg per day at minimum. The point is, you're not likely to O.D. on supplements with this product, and it looks pretty safe. I can't really tell if it's doing anything for my skin, and for that reason, given its cost, I would not purchase this product again. But it looks safe, which is the most important factor I consider when taking vitamin supplements.

I have been taking another brand of Ceramides that are about 100mg each and I need to take 3 capsules to equal one of these. These also have added vitamin C and B-12 as well as ALA, and wheat germ oil. While rice based ceramides have been shown to be a much better source and are gluten-free, these work fairly well. The baseline for ceramides has been set around 300mg, so you get everything you need in one capsule. These are pretty reasonable as well. I have noticed a difference in my skin while taking ceramides but it did take about 3 months to see any small effects. My skin has more elasticity. I am also taking at least 10 grams of collagen daily. This won't cure deep wrinkles but it does help with fine lines. I had the opportunity to try this product for free and i am giving my honest opinion. I was curious to see if it increases the health of my sensitive and dry skin. I've been taking this for over two weeks now and I have noticed that my skin tone is improving, the redness has reduced and skin seems to be softer and hydrated. Everyone is different but this product works for me and it doesn't give me any issues or adverse reactions, mo stomach upset either. I definitely recommend

They item is a plant based supplement that has been called a face lift without surgery. The idea is that the Phytoceramides heal from the inside out start making your skin fuller and softer there for younger. I have done some research and I am excited to see what this product we help my face with as you can see by the picture I need some help, I have very dry skin and deep lines near my mouth and in my cheeks. I am only going to use olay face wash and daily pink moisturizer so you know what I use and are using during taking this supplement. The pills are a capsule but sealed , they are slick so easy to swallow. They are a dark green and look to be liquid inside . I could not gather a smell from them. I took mine and I started on Saturday may the 11th. I took with breakfast. I don't know if this is why but I have burping for a couple of hours after but nothing bad . This Product is also sourced from a GMP certified facility and formulated in the U.S.A and also Made with Natural Ingredients. I think all of this is important as well. Nope it didn't a lot were close to the hair line and my chin and nose. I had burping the whole time I took the pills. Didn't stop till I stopped taking them. I put up the last 4 picture's of the empty bottle which had oil in the bottom and of my face I was trying to show the break out close to the hair lines. I didn't see any real difference at all in my skin. I took the stars down to 3 because for me I just really did not feel like this was worth it and it didn't seem to do anything . I have been using this supplement for 3 weeks now and have not noticed any of the stated benefits. I was most hopeful that it would help with keeping my skin hydrated, but that is not the case. I have not altered my skincare routine since starting this but I have noticed that my skin, particularly my face, is drier than it was before. It's actually starting to flake causing me to have to increase the amount of exfoliation I typically do and moisturizer I normally use. It's a NO from me.

I have finished the entire 60 day supply at one capsule per day. To start out I need to say that my skin is very healthy to begin with but I do run a lot out in the sun and even with sunblock it does get a little dry after a long run. With this supplement, my skin is more hydrated and feels healthier. Also my hair and nails seem to growing at a more rapid pace. And along with that I have not experienced any negative side effects.
