But it will do nothing if you don't lift weights. This Nutricost version is so fine it dissolves completely, is tasteless (so you can even put it in coffee) and at 5g per day, has not given me any gastrointestinal distress at all. There's no need to spend more. Also, current guidance (which Nutricost should update on their label) is to not bother with a loading phase.
