I think the product is excellent, but I switched to the capsules (reasons below)... First, the product is great because I found it actually has a salubrious effect on my cognitive function (and it's very rare that a supplement actually has a discernible effect). The powder has no taste or grit and is painlessly mixed and consumed with any beverage. What I did NOT like about the powder however, are two things: 1. The tamper evident seal under the cap won't peel off so you have to CUT it out. This necessarily drops fine crumbs of aluminum and paper (or whatever the backing is made of) that inevitably fall into the creatine powder. Maybe no big deal, but getting foreign matter into my healthy supplement is not what I'm after here. 2. This powder is extremely fine, like flour. Regardless of how carefully you handle it, this stuff just inevitably spills some whenever and wherever you handle it, on your counter, on your desk, on your clothes, and makes an unpleasant little mess to clean up. Further, the little "dose" cup has channels in the handle where the powder cakes (as well as in the cup itself), which adds to the spill potential. Therefore: I switched to the same product, but in capsules, to avoid the contamination issue, and the mess.

My teenager is pretty picky, and if he approves, then there must be something good about this. This micronized creatine powder dissolves seamlessly into water or a protein shake without leaving a gritty, sandy residue at the bottom of the glass. Edit: ordered the bigger container. Still the same product but had to take a star off for no scooper inside. Wasn’t a huge deal I just had to dig out my old one to use. Does not dissolve completely. Even when I put it in my liquid overnight. Still a little gritty but that doesn’t bother me. Good value. I can see the results of this during loading phase. Mixed good and is tasteless. Can mix with whatever I want. Didn’t give me any stomach issues.

I like the container, it's very clean and simple and it tells you exactly what you need to know (serving size, # of servings, and amount in the container). I especially like the little scooper it comes with because it has a really long handle that makes it easy to grab. However, I will say that it's kind of annoying taking it out of the container sometimes because the shape of the handle will trap some creatine in it and the creatine will sometimes fall out and it's kind of messy to clean. The creatine itself though is good because it's powdery thin like it should be and doesn't taste like anything as advertised. I honestly didn't really know how creatine worked until I did some research on it and I can confidently say that so far it's working pretty well. I've already noticed that I've gained 3 pounds in a week (which is what I'm training for in the gym) and that my brain feels less scattered and I feel more focused overall. All in all, I'd give it a 5/5 because it was affordable, easy to use, and effective.

Definitely a game changer!!!!! My only regret, not knowing about this sooner. I have been using this for just a month! The first day I took it, I felt a huge difference. Highly recommended 👌! (THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE). My success story: for a few years now, I had been suffering from severe muscle fatigue on my upper back muscles (Romboids), to the point that I needed to lay down to rest around 2 or 3 pm. Sometimes I had to end my work days early because I couldn't go on any more. Very frustrating. I have back issues (herniated disks and disk degeneration "dis-ease" (if you know what I mean). I requested an MRI and X-ray of my lower and upper back as well from my PCP. Besides the known skeletal issues, mild scoliosis was discovered as well - shocking to say the least). I had to share my success story with my wife and I told her she should try it. 3 days later she was hooked! Immediate relief! (YES SHE REALIZED IT WAS CREATINE AND NOT CREATININE). Also mother-in-law has been using it for two weeks now and takes it religiously! Also upper back tension and inflation of her shoulder (She's 60 y/o, bless her heart). I asked her how she felt the 3rd day, and almost cried to thank me how well she was feeling. I ordered them a 2nd container and soon Ill be ordering 2 more. For the benefits we receive, it's dirt cheap! We all love it! Again, my only regret is not knowing about this sooner. Im 48 y/o so I am aware of normal wear and tear. I'm writing this review voluntarily and have not been compensated for it (I wish I did though). I'm sure there's a lot of people out there who can benefit from this. One more thing, I mix it in hot water and dilutes extremely well. I have noticed better results. Not sure if it's correct or not - I hope the vendor reads this and confirms one way or another. I saw someone recommended on Instagram so I tried it and it works for me. I take it daily first thing in the morning on am empty stomach (for the most part). I love this product and thank you for making it!
