Aber meine Frau und ich haben es doch sehr oft benutzt. Der Kunststoff der verwendet wurde, ist wohl Polycarbonat wie ich vermute. Der ist sehr kräftig. Das kenne ich von Besteck und anderen Geräten die bei uns in Betrieb sind. Wie stark so ein Material sein kann, habe ich schon als erstes kennen gelernt bei einem Regenschirm. Der statt aus schwächlichem dünnen Metallrohr, aus Polycarbonat bestand. Das kann man im Internet bei Youtube ansehen. Der Importeur für hier ist in Süddeutschland. Man gibt selbstverteidigungsschirm.de ein. Da wird man auf die Videos über diesen Schirm aus Polycarbonat verwiesen.Dieses kleine Küchengerät ist schon erstaunlich haltbar, dank diesem Polycarbonat.Die Messer sind nur vernietet, bei beiden Messertypen, aber haltbar. Die Behälter, ob kleine oder grosse, werden einfach mit einem Deckel oder Deckel mit Messerteil verschraubt. Eingelegte Dichtungen, wahrscheinlich aus Silikon, halten alles dicht. Die Dichtungen bei den Deckel mit Messerteil fallen nicht raus beim spülen. Bei den anderen liegen sie lose drin und können raus fallen. Dazu gibt es einen Mixeraufsatz, den habe ich noch nicht ausprobiert. Weil ich nur mit einem grossen Mixer arbeite. Wenn ich einen Mixer brauche, dann muss der schon eine grössere Menge fassen als der vorgenannte von dem kleinen Küchengerät.Auch wenn das Gerät klein ist, hat es doch durch den starken Motor ein ausreichendes Gewicht zu einem guten Stand. Es vibriert beim Betrieb nicht von der Stelle. Steht sicher so wie ein grosser Mixer. Die Säuberung geht auch einfach und auch schnell. Die Behälter sind durch eine Spülbürste oder Rundbürste gut zu erreichen. Die Kunststofffüsse sind noch dran. Also so billig wirkt die Verarbeitung auf mich nicht, sondern ausreichend. Ein erstaunlich niedriger Preis für eine solche Haltbarkeit und wohl auch Qualität wie ich finde.Man sollte die Deckel mit Messerteil immer vor dem einschalten gut mit dem Behälter verschrauben, sonst hat man den Inhalt im unteren Motorteil. Das Motorteil hat oben eine geschlossene Umrandung, die grösser ist als die Deckel mit Messerteilen. Wirkt wie ein flacher Becher auf dem Motorteil. Man steckt locker den Deckel mit Messerteil, der ja vorher mit dem Behälter verschraubt wurde, in diese Umrandung. Das Gerät hat keinen üblichen Einschalter oder Taster. Der eigentliche Einschalter sitzt in der Umrandung innen. Hinter einen weissen Plastikring in einer umlaufenden Rille oder Nute in dieser Umrandung ist dieser eingebaut. An drei Stellen wird der Einschalter durch drehen der Messer/Behältereinheit nach rechts eingeschaltet. Die Stellen sind geschätzt im Abstand von 120 Grad versetzt angebraacht. Die eigentliche Schaltung wird durch drei Nocken, Pinne oder Stifte die am Behälterrand sind betätigt. Der Behälter ist aus einem Guss hergestellt. Die Stifte passen genau in die kurzen senkrechten Rillen zum weissen Plastikring. Man mus beim drehen einen mässigen Drehwiderstand überwinden. Beim Ausschalten einfach nach links zurückdrehen.
