I am waiting for my husband to get back from deployment to set up the weight bench, and we will likely incorporate the longer bands there. It’s hard to beat the price on the red, green, blue, and black set! Not sure why people are paying so much more for the others. I have been using the mini bands daily since I received them for leg and arm exercise, and they are holding up great without any permanent stretching that I can see, or discoloration. My only complaint, is that on some leg exercises in the middle of sets they will roll up your calf into a band that can be quite irritating. Some of the other mini bands are made of a different material and don’t seem to roll so easily. I am tad OCD and hate interrupting my counts and set to readjust. So, we’ll see. For now, they are working out ok. If this continues or gets more annoying I may look elsewhere. On my legs, I don’t consider myself super strong, but I started with the heavy, to really feel it ultra fatigue my muscles after long sets. If you are a guy, be prepared to stack them, likely. I don’t see one of these as being enough resistance. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The picture says it all! A + *by A***R on October 15, 2017* I have to say that the quality of this product is second to none. I have used resistant bands in the past and most snap very easily if you really use them hard. I have used these bands twice now on a leg press machine and they are so durable. They help activate your stabilizer muscles and that will help you burn so much more calories than just normal weight lifting alone. These are very good quality resistance bands, not the cheap kind.
