These cards are of excellent quality. They are a heavy card stock with a glossy finish. I used them as thank you cards after my mother's funeral( she loved butterflies). There were several different front cover images per pack. There were three that I didn't want to use for this occasion because the images were dissected butterflies and one was a soap ad. I saved those to use for other random mailings. My only disappointment was that I wanted to print inside the card and there was no templates on line, I spoke with someone at the company and she was very nice but confirmed that they didn't offer templates for printing so we just hand wrote them which made it a little more personal. The price couldn't be beat! I would definitely order from Note Card Cafe again.

4.5 Stars. These are a super fun design. I gave them 5 stars because they delivered EXACTLY what they are selling (and having cream envelopes is a nice touch). But, there is room for improvement, so I think of them as a 4-4.5 star item.Here is why: I am using these as thank you cards for my wedding (on a vintage 1920’s boat). So, to up the elegance factor, I *really* wanted these to be in matte - but that was not an option. (NoteCardCafe, Please, please for all us stationary geeks, make matte an option — for all your cards!!) I also would have preferred that the envelope closure be a triangle flap rather than horizontal (also more vintage). And, I do not like that it says “Also sold on Amazon.com” on the back. So tacky!——What I love:- Amount and price point!- Nice *cream* envelopes- Decently thick card stock. Cards are not floppy.- Variety of designs - and in this case, the front and back are a cream color to simulate aged paper, which is a nice touch. (Inside is stark white)- Fast delivery- 5x7 size (not too big)- Matte interior which is a joy to write on—-I added pictures of the packaging, two not shown designs, the back, the envelopes, & the level of gloss.

These cards are SO cute and a great buy as well! I was pleasantly surprised at the bargain cost! The cards are well made, very nice card materials to make a nicer more elegant looking & feeling card. The Vintage cats are hilarious. Looking closely at each card, you can see the story at hand. All cats are looking at certain others, showing the others response, whether happy, fun, competions (the swim team cracks me up everytime I see those swimsuits)even angry at ones who lose a comparison etc. Mothers trying to shop in gift shop w kids hanging on her & shelves w her exaspirations, Oh my! So fun! 36 blank cards at 12.95, you can't beat that. I guarantee if you love vintage cats, or any cats, you'll be very happy w this purchase!

Ok, the black and white photo of a little girl holding calla lillies is a little odd. A goth sympathy card? But the rest of these cards are similar in type, and appropriate for many occasions.The cards are shipped flat. Some of the reviews of Note Card Cafe cards have said the cards are perforated for easy folding, which had me a little concerned. However, the cards are simply scored, which does make for neat, smooth folding. The envelopes are of good quality -- much better than the ones that come with the card selections charities send when they're seeking donations. A couple of extra envelopes are included in care of mistakes.The cards are printed on heavy stock, and are matte on the inside for easy writing. However the reproduction of some of the designs are kind of blurry and indistinct -- the flowers and fruit are much clearer than some of the complex designs (the "Window Box" design is particularly messy). That's the only reason I'm taking off one star -- if they'd stick with the simple bunches of flowers, I'd be much happier.

I am very happy with these note cards. The quality of the paper is good. It is a nice, heavy card stock. They have a vintage look and the quality of the images is very nice. I love flowers and the old fashioned blossoms are enchanting. There are a few black and white images mixed in and that is nice too. It is very handy to have these when you would like to send a friendly note to someone or just need a card and do not have time to purchase one. The price is also good. Greeting cards are expensive. These are a real value.

They had a heavy weight of card stock. I love the variety of designs. The cards are creased but unfolded. Not really in a gift box, but I really liked the cards for personal use. They were not small cards, either, but just use a regular 1st class postage stamp.

As other reviews noted the cards arrive flat. Some of the machine scored cards do not fold well and the cards look unprofessionally uneven when folded and in some cases frayed at the fold itself. I selected 12 good ones each with a different design and packaged them to give to friends who have traveled extensively. The designs are appealing and fun. The cards are on heavy stock with a glossy finish.

Really, really cute and a great value for the money. The bargain price comes at the expense of a box (for storage). The cards arrive unfolded, just flat on top of the envelopes and then the little stack of envelopes and note cards is shrink wrapped in clear plastic. I don't mind but thought I'd mention it in case having a box is important to someone.
