Purchased this item to make my window open and close,The item came packaged very well. There was a slight dent on the outer protective rail, but I was able to bend that back into shape ok. The unit comes with a receiver, Track and protective covering to cover it all up. What it did not come with was the wiring to hook up the receiver to the outlet then to the actual motor assembly. So I went to Home Depot to pick up some extra lamp cord to connect the receiver to the motor assembly, and some thick three strand wire to hook up the ground, positive and the negative to the other end of the receiver. Now once you get all that the instructions which were in mostly chinese/japanese, the pictures definitely helped guide me along the process. Thankfully when I got the controller it was already paired to the receiver. I had a little bit of a problem with my first unit but Susan at their support was incredibly helpful. Now the video that I have posted shows that it's verbally commanded via google home mini; however I added more things to the unit itself to make it do that. It DOES NOT WORK OUT THE BOX WITH VOICE COMMANDS. Unit is not plug-and-play and you have to supply your own wire, plug and cord from your window to the receiver, which cost me about $12 USD. But people buy this from all over the world so you would need to supply your own supported wall plug and wire. The rail is extremely quiet and reliable. If anyone has any questions please don't hesitate to ask for help.
