So far I am very happy with this supplement. My hot flashes and night sweats were getting worse and nothing helped. Prior pills I took made it worse or had stopped working. I did some research on all the different ingredients in this and was happy with what I read. It was worth a try. By the second day I noticed fewer hot flashes. I went from about 15 a day to 10 a day and fewer times waking up from night sweats. This is now day 5 and I haven't had a hot flash since this morning when I got out of a hot shower which is usually when I get them anyway. So far I am pleased. I am 48 years old and started getting hot flashes about 2 years ago but they went away for almost a year and the other pills I was taking stopped working. I have been suffering for about 4 months. I now feel so much better. If all goes well with this month supply, I will be buying more.

I waited to review until I used 2 bottles. I didn’t really notice any difference since taking them. I still had hot flashes, it might have been slightly less but the weather has also cooled which helps. I haven’t taken them in a few days and don’t feel any worse, so I can’t say these did much of anything.

I have been using this product for a month now. Although I still get hot flashes, they are less severe and of a shorter duration...which helps mesleep better. I stopped using it for a couple of days to see what would happen, and the flashes came back...with a vengeance!I'll be ordering this again, it really does provide relief. These work but they work too good. These took away the the symptoms but cause others. They caused me to have hormonal symptoms like breast tenderness and bleeding. I was advised by my doctor this is not good because of the bleeding because this could cause vaginal wall thickness which could lead to cancer.

I was very excited to find a product with the blend of natural ingredients that I was looking for to relieve my peri-menopausal symptoms. Since I began using the supplement, I have noticed less symptoms such as night sweats and leg cramps.
