If i wear 11.5 w, would i want 11 or 12 in these? thanks

Go with the 12, they are true to size.

Which size should I order for 11 narrow feet?

I would order size 11 they come in medium. 10 maybe to short but I’m a size 12 and they fit me fine hope that helped you.

Do these have Velcro?

They do not have velcro, just one size strap.

What is the slide (i.e. Upper) made of?

The tag reads that they are synthetic uppers & synthetic outsoles.
