This was an outstanding deal. Not only 2 for the price of won and fast shipping ,fits and works perfectly!! I was a bit skeptical it would work at all as the wheels were slightly smaller the the part replaced but was same exact design. I installed it in my Sunbeam microwave, put the glass back and worked immediately.No issues and have a spare. It has been a few weeks no issues. So much more quieter than original part,the glass doesn't slip anymore either. Microwave is several years old,used daily mostly for heating food or coffee up. The heaviest thing I put in there is a microwave heat pack daiy which is heavy. Still perfect! Highly recommend one of the best purchases yet.

Didn’t fit, returned, refunded immediately, they claim returned wasn’t received, charging me again. Can’t get response from anyone.

It worked for me. But I don't understand why we need two. Just sell and ship these as one part.

Have a sharp carousel microwave of which this product should fit - it didn’t. Span was ok but stem was too short.

我が家は古い建物ゆえ少々間取りが変わっており、電子レンジなどのキッチン家電は奥行きの浅いものしか置けません。よって家電が壊れたとしても買い替えの新しい品を探すのが非常に困難です。今回、電子レンジ自体の温め機能は問題無いのに、ターンテーブルを回す軸だけ故障、メーカーがバラ売りしていない、という事態で困りましたが、こちらがバラ売りしてくれたので、おかげさまで電子レンジが生き返りました。 海外からの発送でコロナの影響があり到着までに相当時間がかかり、予定よりもだいぶ遅れましたが無事、受け取れてよかったです。梱包も適切でした。発送用のラベルも工夫されていました。 日本国内にこのような小さな部品をバラ売りしてくれる店は存在しないのでしょうか？もしくは、存在していたとしても、ネット通販に対応していないのでしょうか？ 家電は新しい方が良い、10年経ったら買い換えろ、と言われていますが、家電墓場と呼ばれる場所を見てしまうと考え込んでしまいます。とにかく我が家の電子レンジには、もう少し頑張っていただこうと思います。部品を買えて良かったです。
