love, love, love the style; the perfect tote for my lifestyle! some of the reasons i chose this one: color, chain/leather braided straps, 2 outside pockets and then the inside features that I love: 2 sidewall pockets, zippered side wall pocket, dividing pocket with top zipper, attached key chain fob/cord and magnetic closure for easy access. This tote has it all! delivery was fast and the product was brand new unwrapped!

Just received my tote today. It was wrapped in plastic inside the box. The tote had papers inside to keep its shape. The bag is beautiful. It shows just like the color and style in the picture. It came with a card, that recommends you have the bag cleaned by a professional leather cleaner, when or if ever needed. If it ever gets wet to wipe the bag off with a soft cloth. It seems to be well made. No defects. No threads hanging off the bag. If anything should change once I use the tote on a regular basis, I'll make another statement at that time. For now, I'm pleased with my purchase.

I love this handbag. Not only is it the size I wanted, it is very well-constructed and designed. Unlike most totes, it isn’t a cavernous well. There are pockets enough for my phone, compact, eyeglasscloth, etc. and is the color beautiful? Yes! The only thing to criticize was the glue they wrapped around the opening got stuck to the zipper teeth a little bit. I used a solvent to clean it which luckily didn’t stain it.

Love this bag!!!! Very very beautiful purse and a very lovely mauve color. Was going to buy this at macys and I looked up to show a friend a picture of the bag I was going to purchase and found it on here for 75$ when it was 160 in store.

I cannot rate this item because I did not even open it as it is too "big" and "heavy" for me. I am a small woman and the size of the bag is too big. As far as quality is concern, it is a beautiful handbag. I wish it comes in smaller size.

This bag is great. It’s a medium sized bag that can fit a bunch of stuff. Great size for people who can’t live without a big bag. It also has a bunch of inside pockets and one outside. I think it’s too small to put an organizer in it but all the inside pockets seems to compensate for it.

This is a lovely handbag, however, the hardware is gold, not silver, as the photo indicated. I wanted silver hardware, so I returned it. I had ordered this same handbag from Macy’s — twice. The color description read, “Merlot/Silver,” and the hardware appeared to be silver in the image. Alas, it was gold, and those two handbags were retuned. I have learned my lesson, Merchandising Universe, and will not order this item again.

Excellent quality! I loved that it was still packed on the original bag and CK wrap. I purchased this as a gift and my friend was very happy! I loved the color too! Very fall appropriate. The bag was as big as I expected and it’s comfortable.
