ABMILL Plank Trainer - Abdominal Core Exerciser

I purchased this product because planking is challenging enough without having to deal with elbow pain. The ABMILL makes a huge difference in comfort and lets you focus on your abs. It also makes a great gift for someone who wants to work out but needs a little encouragement. Highly recommend!

I have been doing planks for years but this really helps me when doing planks.Very happy with the purchase and would recommend anyone who regularly does planks to purchase this.

The screw and washer missing from the package. The small screw holds the two rest arms together. Now I have to take the item to Home Depot to match the screw that’s needed to use the product without injuring myself, not happy!

I like it because I do planks on my basement floor that are not comfortable so this puts my arms in the right position while cushioning them

Easy to assemble. Works as described. Great way to do planks.

I couldn't get right position for the arms to stop moving and sliding becauseits no way to lock it in place. It actually broke like one of the small stabilizer pieces off first use.

I've read some negative comments and don't understand what the problem is. So simple to assemble, great forearm support. Easy to disassemble so I can pack it with me when I travel. I've used it every day and just love it. Yes it is made partially of plastic but only to save weight and where metal was not needed. HIGHLY recommend this for your home gym.
