Ketchup

Good taste

For me, this is one of Walden Farms' most useful products-- their creations seems to be almost perfect or, for me, almost inedible, with very few items in between. For me this is a total winner. I use it with hamburgers and ( along wit lemon juice, worcestershire and horseradish) to doctor Walden's sugar-free cocktail sauce... with mayo for Russian dressing, and for pretty much anything else for which I'd use regular, sugary ketchup. Everyone's taste is different, but I'd recommend giving it a try if you're on keto or just trying to avoid or cut down on sugar. Caveat: It hasn't, so far as I know, begun being made with stevia or any of the other safest sweeteners, so if that's enough for you to nix a product, you might want to check to see if they've switched yet before you buy it.

I do add a little bit of Monk fruit erythritol 1/1 mix To mine just a couple teaspoons and it gets rid of the funny aftertaste From the cheaper/old school sugar substitutes. But once you do that it’s really delicious!

It’s excellent. I have it when I do burgers, hotdogs and on crumble lamb over cauliflower.

They very carefully kept the ingredient list from view & gave a very short list of "all natural ingredients" ...& While there are lots of NOT healthy ingredients in this, Erythritol is the worst! The FDA should be banning the use of it in all foods!! It is another synthetically derived sugar alcohol ....but this one can cause irreparable harm to the gut ....!!!

I would hesitate to call Walden Farms Ketchup actual ketchup. For one, it doesn't taste like ketchup - it tastes more like a really mild (somewhat bland) barbecue sauce. With that being said, I think it's is pretty decent. The consistency is also much more watery than any ketchup that I've had - more like a barbecue sauce. Walden Farms Ketchup is an OK substitute for regular ketchup if you're looking for something with no calories. I will be seeking out other ketchup substitutes, but I would buy this again if it is the only no-calorie option out there.

Definitely would recommend this product to anyone looking to keep sane while prepping for a show. This literally saved me all prep, zero calories while still having the flavor and consistency of ketchup. Obviously with it being zero calories its not going to be exactly like regular ketchup but it is definitely close enough. Highly recommend you guys give this product a go especially if you're cutting.

The flavor is a little bit more lighter because there is no sugar but the final taste with meat especially is quite similar to real ketchup. I'll keep buy it.
