KORYO COLD PRESS JUICER KSJ2021SSW

I bought the Koryo horizontal slow masticating juicer 2 yrs back . When it stopped working I took it service center after complaining to customer care . After 1 month they told that spare part is not available and asked me to contact customer care again. Customer care representative asked me to produce bill then only they will arrange spare part. They have refused to repair without bill even if customer is ready to pay for part and service.

After going to thought-out research and return ing one of the slow juicer I finally selected this piece. Hiesta, kenstar, borosila all comes in two categories that's too because of the size of the auger. The smaller auger will engulf only small pieces, but will be cheaper about almost 2-3 thousands. I suggest you to buy bigger one. Koryo is mainly available in big bazaar, not in other stores.Booklet will not tell how to install first time. Problem is setting up upper cover, once click sound appear then only motor starts.Pros:1- quantity of juice is good2- quality of juice3- easy to clean4- low voltage5- good lookingCones-1- height of machine more2- cleaning of mesh ( you may need brush)3- spare parts availability4- not very good for very small amountOverall till now working fine.

No doubt !good product but Big Bazaar has koryo monopoly and they aren't maintaining brand reputation...I ordered this product twice , received damaged material in first delivery and second time it looks refurbished 1...
