SonTiy Dish soap Dispenser for Kitchen Sink, Liquid Kitchen Hand soap Dispenser Pump Brushed Nickel, Stainless Steel Sink soap Dispenser Set with 47” Extension Tube kit and 17 oz Bottle

Easy to install. Here's a tip I learned though: I had to take a pen to "reem" out the end of the surgical-style tube a little (that I previously heated up in hot water in a glass for 5 minutes to make even more flexible) and put a little slippery dish soap in the tube end in order to insert onto the pump stem up top. The first time I tried it, the end split about half an inch so I just cut that mistake off- there's plenty of length in this super flexible (just not enough to easily attach). But I'm glad- that means that it will stay attached. The rest of "assembly" was more than a breeze. The parts included are all good quality for this purpose. You get 2 barbed rubber "corks" that fit into the 2 most popular sized liquid dish soap plastic bottles (I put in the large sized bottle to make life easier for my mom, and when I visit there often in the weeks since, I notice that the unit pumps soap out on the first press- works great.

This was so easy to install and it hold a nice amount of soap so that we don't have to fill it up too often. When you do need to fill it up, just lift the spout and pour in the dish soap. The only downside is for some reason right after you refill the soap sometimes it takes quite a few pumps for the soap to start dispensing. Sometimes you have to aggressively pump it before it comes out. Other than that, it works really well and we like the addition to our sink!

This one works! The previous one I bought and returned didn’t have the pumping power to get the soap up and out, but this one’s great!

Attractive and easy to install. The combination where you use the provided bottle to fill with soap and the harder short hose works perfectly. Great suction and a good portion of soap is provided with each pump once primed. I only give this 4 stars because the hose kit to go directly to a big soap bottle sitting in your cabinet is a joke. None of the pieces provided fit together properly to form a good enough suction to move any soap, even after trying to prime it for hundreds of pumps. It comes with several pieces, to the point you think there has to be a combo that will work... but you would be wrong! The hose provided is the main issue, it does not fit snugly in the rubber stoppers provided. So no suction is formed.

My main concern before installing was whether the pump would be able to easily pull detergent up from the detergent container that was at a much lower level - about 2 to 3 feet. It did so easily. Works better than the original set-up that had the small bottle attached directly to the pump. Update 2025-10-02 - Worked well for a little over a year. Then the pump head developed a leak. After a few emails back and forth with the company, they did send me a replacement since the warranty is for 3 years.

Super easy to install, only took a few minutes & most time was spent on the initial pumping. Very pleased with aesthetics & functionality, would purchase again.

The package arrived on time but the product was less than satisfactory. Also, customer service is great and reached out to try and help fix the problem. Even tried to send one free of charge with the refund. I just needed my refund however. Very thoughtful of them. The two rubber gaskets (one top, one bottom) were fused together and I tried to get a knife and break them apart but I couldn’t. I didn’t want to push the issue, if push comes to shove, I can just use the gasket at the top where the pump is BUT, that wasn’t the only problem, the part that goes underneath the sink to tighten it down was seized onto the threading and that ALSO, I couldn’t break apart. I am not sure if this was a return and I was just given someone’s return and that person used Loctite or something and that’s why the gaskets were fused and the tightening nut was fused to threading but someone didn’t do quality control on this product and for that, I will be returning. I couldn’t possibly split apart the gaskets from each other and the nut from the shaft but I didn’t want either to break since it’s rubber and plastic and then have to explain why I’m returning a broken soap dispenser.

The greatest idea! The need to change the soap monthly has been eliminated. Just buy a large size of Dish soap, dilute 30% and use for months! Works exactly as described, I've been using it for a year and there is no rusting or leaking. Looks great and is the most used aspect of the sink (except the faucet). Just love it!

Easy to install.

Works as it should be

A pesar de que se supone que la manguera de silicón extiende bastante para alcanzar a succionar desde un bote grande, esta se aplasta debido a la fuerza de succión y no pasa bien el jabón.

Works great!

Had it for a few years now. Works great and I no longer need to fiddle around refilling the under mount container. Just used the big stopper on a 4L jug and left it in place
