I’ve taken caffeine pills with L-Theanine before which is a component you find in green tea, and although they’d work smoothly I’d still experience subtle jitteriness. These green tea pills have a similar effect without the jitters! And I love it. It seems to keep me alert and energized but not in a way that’s noticeable as it would if you drank coffee. If you’re looking for a subtle energy boost this is it. Now, if you’re looking for an energy boost to go to the gym you might want to look into caffeine pills or a pre workout as this won’t be sufficient enough to boost you up.

No issues with this product. It was packaged and sealed well. They are easy ro swallow and I, fortunately, did not have any side effects. However, I did not notice any change in my enegy level. Did not continue my subscription of this product for this reason.

Disappointing Experience with Green Tea Extract
As someone on a weight loss journey, I was hopeful when I purchased Green Tea Extract Tablets to aid in my goals. However, my experience with these tablets was less than satisfactory. Firstly, I found the tablets to be quite large and difficult to swallow, which was already off-putting. Additionally, after taking them, I experienced significant bloating and burping for several hours. This discomfort was not only unpleasant but also made it difficult to go about my day as usual. As someone aiming to lose at least 10 pounds, I was disappointed by the negative effects of these tablets on my body. While I understand that different supplements work differently for everyone, the discomfort I experienced was enough to deter me from continuing to use this product. Overall, my experience with Green Tea Extract Tablets was not positive, and I will be exploring other options to support my weight loss journey in the future.
