Works pretty well - all natural
I read the reviews before I purchased this. I felt like I knew what I was getting in to. I didn't have high expectations because I have tried a TON of products - both natural and not - to help with my chronic daily congestion. So I was willing to invest what I paid for this product in the hopes that it would work. First, I want to say, yes it is natural. No hidden weird things. It is natural. Second, I don't typically try this type of squeeze bottle product. It's more of the pump-type like with Nasonex or the other steroid-type sprays that you're not supposed to use for a long time. So I don't know if I am doing it right. But I sprayed it a few times into the air before trying it up my nose. Squeezing quickly and firmly, it sprays up my nose. Not in a fine mist, but more like a thin stream of product. I will say that I did not like that feeling. And immediately I felt a jolt of a tingle or burning sensation. But I pressed on and shot it up the other side and had the same experience. So why the 5 stars when I didn't like it. BECAUSE IT WORKS. Yes I was uncomfortable for maybe 15 seconds. Yes some of it went down the back of my throat. Unlike the other Nasacort products and steroid sprays that drip down the back of my throat with the instructions that say I should spit it out (which is impossible for me to do as it is dripping back there), this did not have an unpleasant taste or any weird instructions. It's natural and it worked. My congestion was cleared instantly. It didn't stay like that forever. It was maybe 2 hours or so that I noticed I was congested again. But unlike the other sprays, this one says to repeated as needed. Does that mean every 15 minutes? I am not sure. However, I think 4 times a day or so would not be a concern. I'm happy with this product and maybe the more I use it the more I will get the hang of it so it won't go down my throat or won't shoot up my nose in a stream. I will continue to buy it because it worked and it's not full of a bunch of weird things.

Works really well
Holy cow this stuff works. It’s very unpleasant to use. It doesn’t taste bad but it burns. It doesn’t spray a fine mist. It’s a string of liquid, but it works. It works really well. Very happy with it.

I do not recommend
I have been diagnosed with a slight allergy to trees and grass, however like many others I find myself taking allergy meds year round. I wanted to try something natural and eliminate one of my OTC allergy medications. I read the reviews for Nature’s Rite Congestion relief and thought this was the ticket. I was so wrong. I always test products at least 2 weeks before I pass judgement. I followed all the directions and looked through the reviews for suggestions. The spray made my allergies so much worse. I became completely congested, and it lasted for hours. I didn’t mind the smell or taste, but when something doesn’t work, it doesn’t work. I would have returned the product, but the seller doesn’t take returns.

Natural and without side effects
Natural and without side effects, it removes dryness, it feels gentle, I feel that it lacks a little pressure compared to sprays, I have not felt an immediate effect in case of a lot of congestion, but I have not been constant in use either. I will use it a little more and update

Best product ever for Chronic Sinusitis!
Best sinus product ever! This is just strong and soothing enough to make my sinuses feel great all day long, using it only every 3 hours on stressful days or twice a day otherwise. I also love the flat oval shaped spray bottle because it fits perfectly in my pant/jeans pocket, and the top doesn’t break off like it does with push pump spray bottles. Congestion Relief’ really helps reduce chronic sinus inflammation! However, their ‘Sinus Relief’ nasal spray is more effective if you have a nasty sinus infection and use it every 20 minutes. My naturopathic doctor recommended this, and within 2 days it had cured a sinus infection that had lasted over 4 weeks. Those who complain that NatureRite’s ‘congestion relief‘ did not help them should try their ‘sinus relief‘ nasal spray instead and follow these instructions.

Congestion Relief-Lisa's Review
This congestion relief is very good. I actually got it for a cheaper price on Amazon than when I bought it on eBay. My husband and I have the Flu (even though he just got a flew show two weeks ago), and we use the Congestion Relief and the Sinus Relief off and on. They are the only things that clear our stuffy noses. Great products and excellent shipping time! Lisa Wolfe

Good stuff, but the price is getting quite nuts...
I have been using this for quite some time with decent sinus success, however the price has recently ballooned from $9 to $12... 33% inflation in a couple months? I don't think so. I may have to find another brand. Greed is bad.

Not for me
Tried this on a whim to deal naturally with chronic allergy and sinusitis issues. I was hopeful but after two days of using it, I had a horrible sinus headache and couldn't draw a breath through my nose. My ears plugged up and I was miserable. I had to use my neti pot for 2 days just to clear my sinuses again. Perhaps a better alternative for folks without chronic issues.
