Easy to install and runs quietly. Using on a pi3 running retropie and works a treat.

Be sure to keep a copy of the product link, there are no installation instructions in the pack.The adhesive compound on the fan started to separate as soon as I started to carefully remove it. The adhesion of the fan to the copper slug is not that great....Hey, it cost peanuts and had desired effect of cooling PI 4 by15C!

Bravo to MakerFun for putting this forward as a cooling solution for the Pi Model 4B. Because the fan/heatsink unit affixes directly to the CPU with its own thermal pad it goes a long way in resolving the new model's unique cooling requirements. If and where to place the two heatsinks on the new model for best effect will be a matter for experimentation, but that's where the fun comes in, right?The kit is also suitable for the Pi 2, 3B and 3B+ where the fan unit can be fixed to the CPU using the thermal pad and the other heatsinks attached as per the usual method for each model. The flat copper shim goes on the memory chip, and the black finned heatsink on the network/ethernet controller chip.Edit: While not my preferred method of cooling the Model 4B, I'm keeping this handy for use in a future project.
