Difference.2)For approx $50, this is amazing.3)Recording quality is amazing.4)Condenser does it's job. If you record songs, you will truly appreciate the value of it.5)I use a Mac, and I didn't need to install any software. Just plug it in and you are good to go!Cons:1)So far none. The last mic I had required the input be completely maxed and the room be silent to pick up any decent audible recording. With this mic it more than picks up the audio loud enough. I even had to turn the volume on the mic down a tad so it wasn't too loud. I guess my only criticism is the USB cord could have been longer but that's a super easy fix. I like the stand it came with and the quality is better than I expected for the price.
