Worked right out of the bag!
I did that thing that I yell at my kids about all the time. I lost the &^$% remote. I had it to turn ON the TV, but when it came to finish watching, the dog must have eaten it. I turned the house upside down to find it (well, not really, but I looked in the couches and under them) and could not. So I ordered this replacement one. It arrived the next day and I had to admit to the wife what I had done. Now, the best part. The remote worked right out of the bag and it was even better than the one I lost!

Good in a pinch
Seems like a good remote. I bought it to replace an Element Fire TV remote that decided to stop working. Not all functions work with the Fire TV, but it’s not made for it. A lot of functions do work, and it is getting us by while we wait for Element’s horrible customer support to replace the defective Fire TV remote.

Worked the first try, easy set-up.
My 13yr old daughter set this up for her tv after the dogs chewed up the original. So, easy to use and works like a champ. Better than having to buy another tv! She has a 32 in smart tv, Element. It's not the original make that came with the tv but that doesn't matter, works the same. A great price too.
