Ok so I haven’t used this batch yet but I’ve used this product many times on different types of hair. I DO NOT wash and blow dry the hair before putting the first step on the hair. You want natural oils from your hair to keep from damaging or drying out the hair and it’s a wasted step which makes the process longer. Especially if you have color treated hair. This is NOT for color treated hair and can cause breakage. That being said I have used it on color treated hair but did not use heat ( NO HEAT) and the hair came out beautifully. Also if you want to use this product to help loosen frizzy tight curls it’s amazing. Here is the way I’ve used this on many clients Curly hair wanting loose curl and less frizz: Apply product and then use a SMALL tooth comb and keep combing the product on the pieces being mindful to keep the hair as straight as possible. Rinse after 45 minutes ( rinse thoroughly) While wet add the neutralizer and comb straight and leave on for 15 minutes Rinse and let dry naturally Each night use a small amount of castor oil on the scalp and massage throughout You will have loosened curls with a nice shine Color treated hair, frizzy : Apply product all over using small tooth comb keeping hair as straight as possible Rinse 30/40mins depending on hair Towel dry hair then let dry naturally till 50% dry Apply neutralizer combing and keeping it straight for 15 mins then rinse Let hair dry 50% then apply heat protection blow dry remaining and apply heat protection and straighten with straightening iron. Do not wear hair up or add excessive tension on hair for at minimum the first 7 days. Wash hair once per week using dry shampoo in between if needed. This method cuts down on process time and heat damage to hair. Good luck and stay beautiful!

It works well, I suggest to use a deep conditioning. after rinsing the neutralizer towel dry then apply deep conditioning follow according to it's instructions. My aunt hair is very dry frizzy and dead as you can see on the photo. she's so happy that it works very well🥳.

Front look like Japenese brand but the product is not . Feel not good confident to use.

It was too expensive for its size and i pick DELIVERED NEXTDAY but they took forever to deliver it
