Dies it sound like a 5.0?

No, we can't make these v6 motors sound like a v8 but these mufflers have an unique tone to it. They sound raspy past 3,000 rpm but an intake and shorty headers will deepen the tone a bit and you can also add a cheap x pipe and dynomax race bullets to deepen the tone ever more. That's the closest you'll get to a v8 but it will still be a mile away from sounding like it.. The unique tone that I'm talking about is like a GTR. Also if you buy these it's an easy install. You won't find an exhaust that sounds like this. For warning if you have a v6 mustang don't do a cat delete because it's completely a nasty raspy cringy roar past 2000 rpm.

how much HP increase using roush axle back exhaust ?

This system is more for exhaust sound and looks. Axle-back systems do not have large performance impacts. It will relieve exhaust back-pressure and allow the engine to "breathe out" better. How much that helps is case-by-case.
