My barber gave me this, and I was questioning the life choices I took that had someone asking me to put coconut oil in my hair. However, I saw what he was talking about. It gives a decent hold an a shine to the hair. I use this along my pomade and can do a stellar pompadour. Also my barber is good at conveying that your hair isnt what you need to take care of most of the time, its your scalp. This helps your scalp too. Plus its not that expensive and there is a lot of product for your bang. Not sure what else is out in the market, but this is all i need

I use this product every time I shower. Before I ring my hair out after rinsing for the last time, I put some in my hand and work it into the middle to ends of my soaking-wet hair. I apply it to my skin before towel lightly towel drying. It works great! I even put a tiny tiny bit on my eyebrow brush and it keeps my eyebrows looking healthy too! This is a great product!

This product is awesome, if it contains the kukui nut oil to complement the coconut oil. I ordered this product and received it on time in before June 7, 2013receipt date, but my purchase did not contain the kukui nut oil as described in the product description. The jars I had previously, before I ran out, actually lists the kukui nut oil in the ingredients and on the front of the jar between the "Coconut Oil" and "Dax" label. I ordered two 14.0z jars so I am disappointed that it does not contain the kukui nut oil in the ingredients or on the label. :0( Also, this product contains more preservatives and ingredients that I hoped not to find. The original Dax Coconut oil with kukui nut oil conditioner does not contain those ingredients. The fewer additives, the more natural the product. I hope this is helpful to readers. Thank you.

It just take a very small amount to make the hair very soft and easy to manage. I like the nice coconut smell. Price is a little high, I believe you can get it at a lesser price at Sally Hair supply store.

When this first arrived I was disappointed because it wasn't pure coconut oil HOWEVER this works a lot better on my skin than coconut oil. I use this twice a day in my face and it's great. Coconut oil is too light of a moisturizer for my face, my face is still dry. Both work nicely on my hair. Coconut oil is lighter.
