## Description

The Maestro PRO LED plus Neutral Optional Dimmer Switch features advanced phase selectable dimming and is designed for a broader compatibility range of high efficiency lighting. UL Listed to control dimmable LEDs with integrated drivers, ELV, MLV, incandescent and halogen loads as well as Phillips Mark 10 ballasts and Lutron Hi-Lume 1% 2-Wire (LTE) LED drivers. The large decorator style tap switch turns lights on/off and the dimming buttons allows for local fine-tune dimming. Works with up to 9 Maestro Companion Dimmer Switches (MA-R-xx) to create a multi-location dimming application. Neutral Optional. Screw terminal installation. Pairs perfectly with Lutron Claro wall plates for consistent color matching (sold separately).

Review: Excellent dimmer - These dimmers are well thought-out and work extremely well. We already had several older, non-"PRO" Maestro dimmers in our house, which have not had a single problem over the last 15-20 years. Recently, we needed a more advanced version that could control low-voltage lights driven by an electronic transformer (ELV), which this model can. And it does. It works like a charm right out of the box, no extra programming required, no flickering, no humming, no other oddness, it just works perfectly. There's also a standard incandescent bulb on the same circuit, which dims without problem alongside the string of low-voltage lights. Perhaps the only downside is the price, which has gotten rather steep compared to our older dimmers, but this is clearly a case of "you get what you pay for," i.e. excellent value.

I originally installed a Lutron Maestro LED+ dimmer switch (Model # MACL-153M-WH) as a single pole for my 8 LED kitchen can lights replacing an older Lutron Maestro switch. The lights came on but they kept flickering regardless of the adjustments I made to the switch controls. After some research, I determined that my LED can lights needed an ELV switch so I installed the Lutron Maestro PRO LED+. Worked great and fixed the flickering problem. Installed in about 20 minutes. Very easy. In fact, I was able to minimize some of the wiring created by the older switch which required wire connectors. With the Lutron Maestro PRO LED+, I inserted the wires into the connection holes in the back (no screws) and eliminated the wire connectors. The dimming features are adjustable and the fade-to-off feature is very nice.

These dimmers are well thought-out and work extremely well. We already had several older, non-"PRO" Maestro dimmers in our house, which have not had a single problem over the last 15-20 years. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eliminate flicker for good!

Finally! I installed a brand new fixture over our dining room table. All brand new wiring. Brand new LED dimmer. On a 15A lighting-only circuit. No other dimmers or interference, yet it flickered wildly when dimmed. Upgraded bulbs. Flickered. Took each connection apart and tightened connections. Flickered. Upgraded to this LED PRO+ and connected the neutral to the switch. Fixed! Finally no more flicker.
