Playing Card Holders, Set of 2

Before buying these card holders, I would play Uno with my son and he would lay his cards out face-up on a chair (at 5 years old, he couldn't hold them in his hand) and I would have to make sure I didn't accidentally see them, or he'd lay them face-down on the table and on every turn would flip each one up one at a time to decide which one he wanted to play. It wasn't ideal and made for a slow game. Now he can stick them in the holder by himself and easily pick whichever card he wants to play. The card holder has a stable base and sits on the table in front of him. It has transformed our Uno games for the better!

Update Dec 2021: my 6 and 8 year old still use these whenever we play games with cards. It just helps them keep more cards tidier. One is a little loser than the other now but it doesn’t cause problems. These just arrived and my 4 year old and I played Go fish for half an hour. She did great with these. I had to keep teaching her how to put the cards in so you could still see the letters but she had no problem slipping the cards in otherwise. They’re a little tippy due to the placement of the feet but we never did have it tip over during our first game. One came a little scuffed but for what I need it for, I don’t care. If this were a gift I’d be upset. My hands were getting tired from holding larger cards so eventually I used a holder, too, and it worked great. I appreciated having my hands free. This could work great for someone with arthritis.

These work really nice for helping our children "hold" cards while playing some card games that require holding ALOT of cards--like 17 cards at a time! Works great! Glad I purchased these! They are very sturdy, are able to hold At least 17 cards, and can balance on a table if you really want to be hands free. Because of the design--a padded card holder area--you do need to put 1 card in a time...but that's because it's meant to keep the cards snug, even as your playing and removing them. I just love this product! Would definitely recommend product!

My family and I recently started playing a bunch of different card games recently to spend more quality time together. With usually at least 2 kids playing, they often had a hard time holding a lot of cards, especially when playing UNO and being on the wrong end of multiple Draw 4’s. I went ahead and purchased 2 sets of these so we would have 4 total holders. Let’s just say the complaining at the table due card holding issues has dropped dramatically. Anyone who has a hard time holding cards, whether small hands like children, to someone with arthritis, to me who prefers not to hold my cards can benefit from these. They do stand well on our dining room table and have little pads on the feet to prevent scratches. The box says holds 15 cards, but will hold closer to 20 if you space them right and don’t mind a little extra overlap. The only complaint I have on these is the material inside the holder isn’t fully glued down, and sometime a card gets shoved between the outside shell and the inner material (rubber?). The card gets stuck and has to be yanked out. I can probably fix with a few drops of superglue when I remember to do so. Pros; Holds up to 15 cards (can hold more if stacked properly) Easy to use Great price Great for the kids Stands up on its own. My 5 year old was really struggling to hold playing cards. I heard about card playing holders, but most appeared to be rather flimsy. In several reviews, people said how durable these were, so I decided to give them a try. These are wonderful playing card holders. Very durable and easy to use. My 5 year old could easily get 7 cards in these and had a lot of fun taking cards in and out. No cards were damaged, even with a 5 year old using them. The holders can be held or placed on a table. The table prop legs are molded into the card holders and are very durable also. It would be difficult to break these off. These would also be wonderful for seniors or people with disabilities. Well worth the few more dollars I paid over the other brands that appeared to be very flimsy.

I have 4 young boys ages 8 and under. We play a lot of card games from Go Fish and Old Maid to classics like Gin Rummy and Poker. Card games are a great way to get off the Kindles, Wii and TV. The only problem has been that they have small hands and struggle to hold the cards without showing their hands. Not anymore. These things are BIG and perfect for small hands. My three year old can use these and I like the fact they can stand up on the floor or a table by themselves or be held in a hand or two. I bought multiple sets of these. For the money they are well worth it. They are also heavy duty and I am sure they will last for years.

This card holder was a great way for my husband to get back into the family card playing. My husband had his right arm amputated in 2004 and has had a really hard time playing cards with the family. This card holder does not have a smell, whatsoever. We play all kind of card games and this card holder will stand alone, filled with cards and now my husband is back enjoying his card playing and no longer sits out watching. We not only got 1 card holder, we have 2. I recommend this product for anyone with arthritis, injured hand or arm or amputation. We love it.

Straight forward, they are what they say they are. Good for a young one or anyone not up for holding a whole hand of cards. Decent quality, not flimsy. Only problem is the crease where you put the cards is lined with a strip of cheap foam. Nice for protecting the cards when slid in between, but the foam quickly started peeling off. A few times we've had to get cards unstuck from the adhesive, which is not so protective for the cards. Best to scrape/clean out the foam and adhesive completely. For the price this item does what I needed, but just OK.

Very useful. Top edges of the Inside foam on both sides should be fixed properly.
