Review: Good, but in fact, cheesy. - I liked the book. Let me start by saying that first. It was good but not great. After finishing it, I felt unsatisfied. I reflected as to why. First, it’s not totally poetry. 95% of it seemed to just be quotes. Similar to other cheesy sad quotes I have seen. Second, I flipped through every page and nothing was really making me think, or ponder. Maybe it’s because I knew the feeling or maybe because I feel like I’ve felt it before. I don’t know. It’s a very quick read. Every page, I stopped to think about, but nothing really arises from it. This is just my opinion, not hating, but it’s how I viewed this. It takes guts to share those types of emotions & thoughts with the world, so props to the author for that.

Great read !!!!

Not bad
Honestly I liked this it had some good ones but it wasn't as nice as I expected it to be I thought it was going to have more longer and deeper poems but they are short some are medium length but there aren't very many long ones That's not quite what I was expecting

I love it.
Reading “Things we don’t talk about”, has been such a wonderful journey I have truly enjoyed. This book now sits in a collection of my favorite poetry books. At sometimes I feel that the author was writing down my own unique experiences, and creating art into them. It’s nice to be able to empathize with the author and also feel known by them. I love this book. I feel this is what poetry is creating art with words in a way that makes the reader feel something. Well done. I would buy again.

Love this book
It pretty much describes my life and how I feel about a lot of things. I relate to it a lot and it's actually helped me understand my feelings a lot better too. 10/10 def. Recommend this book if you struggle with your depression.
