Aerobic High Step

Works great very sturdy and very adjustable. Very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for my needs. I have a knee injury and was undergoing rehab. This was the perfect size to do my step downs. A traditional size step just felt like too much. The levels made it very easy to go up in progress. Clearly too small if you want to if for step aerobics, but for general exercise, it works perfectly.

Sturdy and solid. Not at all cheaply made. They stack well for some high raised step ups.

I'm happy to give this product 4.8 stars. I've tried cheaper, less reliable alternatives before, but this is a considerable improvement. Given the extra safety and durability it provides, the additional cost is more than justified. Additionally, the adaptability is a big plus because you can use a longer step platform or buy more risers as needed to use it for different exercises. The risers don't snap tightly with the step or other risers, which is the only disadvantage I've noticed. If they did, it would be more practical, particularly in terms of portability. Nevertheless, this tiny drawback doesn't overwhelm the product's overall excellence and usefulness. This is a wise purchase if you value safety and adaptability in your training gear.

First of all, I didn't think anybody used steppers anymore. But for more effectiveness of your workout, these are a must. The squats and deadlifts can be deeper, the cardio is more intense, the standups with weights are more effective, and every other exercise you do is more effective because of the variety of heights. This is not a purchase. This is an INVESTMENT. I'm a very frugal person. I saw this price and thought it was ridiculous. And truth be told, it is. But I purchased it as a gift to myself. It's going to cut down on the amount of time it's going to take me to reach the fitness goals I have. And that's important to me because I hate exercising. Ain't nobody got time for that! But we have to make time, sistas! Recent studies show that exercise is more beneficial for your BRAIN health than it is for your physical health. It literally helps with memory and to stave off disorders such as Alzheimer's. So, why not invest in this? I use it working from home while I'm on the computer. I put it on the bar area and get some stepping in while working. And when I want to catch some natural sunlight/Vitamin D at lunch time and get some exercising out of the way, I just do some simple step-ups on my balcony for 30 minutes. I have absolutely no excuse right now, even watching the news or some TV show. This has taken away all my excuses. I could go all day about this product. I just wish it was a bit more comfy and affordable for when I sit on it and for gifts. Because I'd love to purchase this for my SIX sisters. Yeah, that's right. It's six of us, and they can't afford this. But after I reach my goal, my butt should be muscular and strong enough to take the hard surface and hopefully, they'll come down on the price so that I purchase these for birthdays and other holidays for my sisters, because this price is a bit much. I'm just keeping it real. Another thing I wish this product came with a booklet, a website, or youtube channel that shows the various exercises you can do on it. Because I know I'm over here making up stuff. LOL. But this is a must-have for all ages, stages, and genders. The whole family can enjoy it. You will never get too old to step. And your legs, abs, and brain are going to reward you for it. Maybe later, they'll have accessories such as railing for the sides so that we can purchase it for the elderly. Ijs INVEST, INVEST, INVEST. God is my witness, I don't know these people and they are not paying me to post or have asked me to post this review. But if they ever do, I better get a major discount or a free step out of it. Lol. Come on, people. It's time to make an investment in yourself and get your groove back.

Easy to use and sturdy

For the price ... Nice item to be able to use at home ... I've been using it as I go through a "Meniscus Tear" operation at a Physical Therapy Facility ... Height adjustments help as I'm rebuilding the entire legs strength ... It's the same height and width that the physical therapy facility has me using ... It's nice and portable and takes up hardly any space ... It's overall a great item for cardio in general ... A warm up to get blood and oxygen flowing through the body ... You can also use it for "Incline" or "Decline" pushup variations ... Update ... February 04, 2023 ... This item is still a great item to have ... I'm only updating my original review because after using these steps about 2-3 times per week in the house only while going through a knee injury rehab ... And being gentle on every move due to that surgery ... I had started to notice that the ends of the rubber are starting to separate as pictured ... It's not a deal breaker or upsetting ... BUT ... For those who might be thinking of buying this item ... Be sure to have some sort of "Glue" handy at the house ... I used "Gorilla Glue" ... Tiny little tubes in a package ... Tiny tip to apply in the corners with a couple of drops ... After applying the glue ... I use a small piece of Blue painters tape to hold it in place for 24 hours ... Issued solved ... It's really not a big deal breaker ... Just keep what I've written in mind regarding having some glue at the house ... Hope this helps new or previous buyers ...

An excellent half step for smaller homes. I had a full-sized step for years but increasingly struggled with where to keep it. This stores neatly under ny desk where it does double duty as a foot rest when I'm not using it for exercise. It comes with more risers than I need for exercise but they are useful to turn it into a sturdy diy assistant. It's well built, and has good slip resistance. The range of heights available means it should suit all capabilities. You do need to modify your movements to get used to the smaller surface but that is to be expected.

I'm still using only the base one at the moment. It's been great for helping build muscle back that I lost during radiation and chemo. I'm pretty short so at the most I'll probably only use two levels of it.

I love this - the surface is good on my bare feet because I prefer to step without sneakers. The bottom grips the floor well. The size is perfect for my space and it is perfect for long and micro workouts throughout the day. The last time I had one like this I was in the best shape of my life and I am hoping to build some muscle and turn back the clock a bit here - so happy it arrived and I have started using it!

Light to carry easily adjust the hight and because you can separate the sections it is easy to store. It also seems very strong.

ブルガリアンスクワットもやり易いです。(ベンチよりは低いので、足の甲を乗せるより指を掛ける感じでするといいかも♪) ただ、ガチ勢の方がバーベルランジしたら台がずれるかパーツが外れるかも・・・ “軽め”のバーベルやヨガバー、ダンベル・ケトルベルを持って数分ランジを繰り返せば、有酸素運動でカロリーを消費しつつ足の筋力・柔軟性も向上します。 (体幹も少しUPします) でも、膝の良くない方はホドホドで！ 上からの衝撃には強いですが、持ち運ぶ時に“ばらばら”パーツが外れます。なので、場所を固定しての使用をオススメします。 滑り止めはそれぞれの「高さ調整台」に付いていて、フローリングの床等では結構しっかり固定してくれます。 高さを「四段階調整」出来るので、年齢・体格問わず色んな方の踏み台昇降運動にも適していると思います。 ただ、よくある『踏み台昇降ステップ台』の横幅が50cm～80cmなのを考えると、大柄な方が使う際は台を２つ並べるのも全然“アリ”ですね☆
