Yes, it has good quality Honda logo (video added). Overall a good quality car key body enclosure

Is it fit in 2014 model amaze?

As far as I know any amaze remote key with 2 buttons can use this shell. However my original observation still holds good that is the key holder need to be filed on both side for it fit freely in this shell. Otherwise the shell does not close properly.

Will there be the buttons to operate

The operation buttons are built in to the electronic unit. When the electronic unit is placed correctly into this shell its buttons will project out through the two holes in the shell casing.
