Great hat, love the Tom Mix crease

Great business to deal with! Had to return my first order due to the hat being to large( my mistake). No problem. The next one fit perfectly, love it! Both arrived in sturdy box and great condition. I'm keeping the box to store the hat.

I love my Resistol's .. but this Resistol Men's Cisco Hat is just okay. I don't know if this is a knockoff, a "factory second" or was just a fluke .. but it's certainly not the standard I expect from Resistol. It arrived well packaged in what appeared to be a Resistol box that was not damaged. The brim, between the roll and front dip, had a diagonal crease as though it had been bent and put back. The edge of the brim has several places where the straw was not pulled snug, creating a small loop that sticks out. The hat band is a good 3/4 to 1 inch off center with what appears to be hot glue strings (like spider webs) hanging off in places. The sweat band lost all text inside of a week of wearing .. that's not important but seemed very strange to me. Regardless, I needed it for a project so I kept it and didn't bother complaining to the seller. It IS wearable, but it's not what I would expect from Resistol. I actually would have ordered directly from Resistol but they didn't have my size - this place did. Lesson learned.

I have now received two of these. Cool hat, great looking, typical Resistol workmanship. But then Amazon jams them into a box that is too small for them and severely damages the hats in the process. Mine even had broken straw fibers, otherwise I'd have taken it to a local shop to have it steamed and fixed. I have reported the bad packaging. I'd have given the hat five stars, but since Amazon can't ship them without trashing them, one star.

Love the hat, looks great with a nice large brim to keep the sun off. Only problem was the Amazon packaging, the box was slightly to small and left a couple of waves in the brim. I used a hair dryer very carefully heat and straightened it out successfully. Fits snug on my head but a stiff breeze will blow it off my head as it is very light.

I get so many compliments on this hat. They say they have never seen a Gus cut hat. They must never watch good western movies. It is a great hat. Fit is spot on. Stays put in the wind.

Love this hat. Unfortunately, it’s become very hard to find as they it’s no longer produced.

I have wearing this hat for for about 12 years. This is the fourth hat I have bought, get them dirty and sweaty long before they wear out or lose their shape. This is the first time I have bought one online. This was supposed to have been a 7 3/8 but was a little small. Wear it for a while and it will pick up your shape. Good price.
