Extraordinary quality of rolled oats with no dirty residues and clean packaging. The oats cooks well in around 5-10 minutes in boiling milk and they fulfill the morning satiety . Fiber content is decent as compared to the refined grains that we eat . And can be used along with whey protein in morning for breakfast options.
