Helps to increase appetite.
We grew up taking this vitamins to increase appetite. I’m so happy I found it on amazon after my mom reminded me of this brand. My daughter likes it and she started asking for food after few minutes after taking it. I was worried for the last couple of months because she rarely eat and she rejected anything.

This is one product which we have used for generations in the Philippines. From me to my son. It can be really sweet but this product also helped with my son's bowel movement. It's a mainstay in our household while there is a baby.

Good vitamin, smells awful
This stuff smells SO bad, lol. Also, be careful getting this on baby's clothing, as it can stain(kinda like iodine) if it isn't washed out right away. Other than that, I can't complain about the effectiveness as vitamins.
